Having been employed as both a General Manager and Area Manager for Harvester Restaurants for a number of years I can confirm that the service and expertise Ventland have been able to provide during this time has been absolutely invaluable.

I can think of a no more stressful situation in running a business than to have extraction problems both from a team and management perspective especially at the sales/guest volumes in which my businesses operate.

I have always found the management and engineering team from Ventland to be helpful, supportive, efficient and most importantly, quick to respond and resolve any issues.

Unfortunately, I am now unable to use Ventland on a reactive basis and both I and my businesses suffer frustration with contractors who do not have a full understanding of our systems and who more importantly, do not have a personal passion to resolve the problem in its entirety.

I have been able to use Ventland on the odd occasion recently on a consultancy basis and hold their opinion in high regard.
